罗茨鼓风机间隙调整方法：

　　1、调整外壳间距：通过外壳和墙板定位销孔来保证，这是因为在拆卸风机时不能损坏定位销孔。叶轮-外壳0.20-0.395。

　　2、叶轮和叶轮间隙调整：将叶轮移动到间隙图位置，将驱动齿轮标记与轴对齐，依次安装齿轮挡圈、止动垫片和锁紧螺母，稍微拧紧锁紧螺母。如果叶轮不能转动一圈，就旋转叶轮进行接触，用铜棒轻轻拍打叶轮间隙部位，使齿轮和圆锥体相互啮合运动，达到调整叶轮间隙的目的。叶轮和叶轮间隙满足指定值后，将齿轮锁定到叶轮-叶轮0.29-0.34。
