气力输送输灰设备堵管堵点判断、原因和解决措施

  气力输送输灰设备堵管原因:

  Reasons for blockage of pneumatic conveying ash conveying equipment:

  1、管道中的灰比较潮湿;

  1. The ash in the pipeline is relatively damp;

  2、有异物或块状物堵管;

  3、气力输灰压力不足;

  4、下灰时间设定过长或落灰量过大;

  1、从最后一台仓泵开始判断,先打开该段输灰系统的最后一台仓泵的入口进料阀,如果入口压力有下降,则说明该输灰系统堵点在仓泵后面;

  1. Starting from the last bin pump, open the inlet feed valve of the last bin pump of the ash conveying system. If the inlet pressure drops, it indicates that the blockage point of the ash conveying system is behind the bin pump;

  2、若入口压力没有下降,则打开倒数第二台仓泵的入口进料阀,观察压力是否下降,如果下降则说明堵点在倒数第一和第二台仓泵之间;

  2. If the inlet pressure does not decrease, open the inlet feed valve of the second to last bin pump and observe whether the pressure decreases. If it decreases, it indicates that the blockage point is between the first to last and second bin pumps;

  3、若入口压力没有下降,则继续依次向前打开仓泵的入口进料阀进行判断,直到确定堵点位置

  3. If the inlet pressure does not decrease, continue to open the inlet feed valves of the bin pump in sequence to determine the location of the blockage point

  气力输灰系统堵管处理:

  1、检查电除尘气化风机及电加热器的运行情况,若有异常,及时联系设备部维护人员处理,并打开除尘气化风机联络门,确保灰源干燥;

If there are any abnormalities, promptly contact the maintenance personnel of the equipment department for handling, and open the contact door of the dust removal gasification fan to ensure that the ash source is dry;

  2.气力输灰除尘的电场因烟气中灰量过大、灰斗下灰不畅或输灰系统停运时间较长、输灰不及时等各种原因导致灰斗发高料位报警,而按照规定停运电场且停运时间较长、停运电场较多或电场因内部原因无法正常投运,灰斗内均为经自然沉降下来的烟气中大颗粒的灰粒;

  5.气力输灰飞灰较湿、黏度大不易输送;
