仓泵的奥秘:从结构形式到物料输送之道

  仓泵是气力输送系统中经常使用的设备之一,它属于一种密封的压力容器,其作用是把物料装进容器内部,与压缩空气相混合后,通过输料管将物料输送到卸料地点;仓泵输送系统能够间歇地输送物料,也可以连续输送物料,这主要由它的结构形式来决定,单仓泵就是间歇输送,双仓泵则为连续输送。仓泵具有输送平稳、混合比例高的特点,被广泛应用于粉粒状物料的输送,比如药粉、水泥、煤粉、粘土粉、面粉、碳酸钙、石灰石粉等。

After the feeding is completed, the loading valve and pressure equalizing valve are closed, the exhaust valve is opened, and the air pressure inside the upper chamber pump is completely emptied before feeding; After filling, the feeding valve and exhaust valve are closed to prepare for feeding into the lower bin pump, completing a cycle program to ensure continuous delivery; All actions are automatically controlled by a programming controller.

  双组两罐串联是把两个单组两罐串联的形式进行并联组合而成的。它的主要特点是:当一组在输送物料时,第二组进行进料,两组交替运行;当第一组的物料快要输送完毕时,进气阀和输料阀关闭,下仓泵内储存的气压通过均压管进入上仓泵,在气压相同的情况下,装料阀打开,物料进入下仓泵内,这样既节省了耗气量,又降低了能耗。
